May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?

We want you to be satisfied with your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order and we'll issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost as well and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

 

 

What should I do if artwork is received damage?

If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours in our support system in your account. Send photo of art and packaging.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? Will I be charged tax?

Mission Art Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Yes, sales tax is applied to all orders.
