Refund Policy

Mission Art Gallery is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That’s why once you’ve received an original artwork, we’ll give you 7 days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund! After this period unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund. An eligible refund must be returned in in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will we deducted from the purchase amount. Once the return is received by Mission Art Gallery and inspected, we will credit the refund to the payment method the buyer used for purchase. If the art work is damaged from shipping to the buyer please contact us via our support desk and submit pictures of the damaged art and packing, we will respond with approval for returns within 24hrs.
